Centrepiece Camembert

A stacked camembert with preserves — impressive on any table.

A theatrical, easy-to-serve camembert centrepiece: ripe camembert rounds layered with house preserve and lightly sweet mascarpone, finished with toasted seeds and seasonal garnishes. Supplied with suggested accompaniments (crackers and a small preserve pot) so it can be plated at the table or offered as part of a grazing selection. The Centrepiece Camembert is designed to create a focus on the cheeseboard with minimal effort from the host.
